Warranty & Return Policy

Warranty Limitations

There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so that the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Binacor or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Return and Limited Warranty Policy

Every third party’s product you buy from Binacor is backed first by the product manufacturer’s warranty.

Binacor offers a 15-days trial period on any Binacor products purchased directly from Binacor. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 15 days of the invoice date, you may return your product for a full refund, less shipping costs and credit card charge (approximately 4.5%) if paid with a credit card or PayPal. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 15 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by Binacor or when the product manufacturer’s or distributor’s return policies supersede ours. After 15 days there will be no returns allowed.

A 1-year limited warranty against defects, may also apply to the products manufactured by Binacor. All third party products sold by Binacor are not subject to Binacor limited warranty policy but covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty policy, if any. Binacor 1-year limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by Binacor. Leased merchandise is not eligible for this warranty. Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only according to Binacor limited 1-year warranty described above. Hardware confirmed as defective by Binacor will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first year of ownership only. After the first year the product manufacturer warranty (if any) is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. Binacor will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please contact us at support@binacor.com. Customers are responsible for all shipping / handling and proper insurance costs when exchanging or repairing defective products within 1-year limited warranty period. Any defects occurred due to negligent use, accidental damage, etc. are exempt from this limited warranty coverage.

After 1-year warranty period only paid repair service may be offered by Binacor at our sole discretion.
